Meet Linda

Linda has been living in BC for over 38 years and is happily married to Brian, who retired from the RCMP. They have lived in Kamloops for the past 18 years and are making this their retirement home. They have two married children who both live in Kamloops. Linda's daughter Kristy received her real estate license in 2008 and joined Linda's team at RE/MAX!  She is a Chartered Accountant which is plus for the team.  Her husband, Paul Janota,  is a Customer Service Rep for NRI Distribution.  Linda's son Wade is a Senior Engineering Tech and GIS Coordinator for Urban Systems and his wife, Tricia, is a Chartered Accountant with BC Lotteries. Linda is very proud of their successful careers and is excited that Kristy decided to make the change to Real Estate. Linda especially enjoys her four little grandchildren and feels fortunate to have them close by.

Linda is a member of the Kamloops Chamber of Commerce. She enjoys travel, gardening and making stained glass windows. She was trained in Business Administration so brings good organizational skills to her Real Estate career. With years of direct sales experience, Linda knows how to market properties to get the most effective results. Linda has earned the RE/MAX Chairman's Club Award for the past three years and most recently, the RE/MAX Diamond Award.  In addition she has earned the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, the Lifetime Achievement Award, and the Spirit of the West Award.

She contributes to the Children's Miracle Network with a cash donation for every sale during the year. These funds go to help the BC Children's Hospital. Linda creates a large stained glass window annually to be donated to the RE/MAX fund raising, Miracle Makers Luncheon Live Auction. To date, these Stained Glass creations have raised $105,500!  Linda also contributes an annual scholarship to the Thompson Rivers University.
